The Full Package

Duration: 12 hours a month for 6 months - For clients new to training

 

A 1-2-1 coaching service for everyone and for any goals that you might have, whether to lose weight, get fit for an occasion or simply tone up and I am here to push you through and to support you during your training to become healthier and confident.

 

The Full Package will give you the knowledge of basic training techniques, a clear understanding of where you need to put your focus and areas that need more development. You will gain a deep understanding of the different protocols required when developing your overall lifestyle. These will include understanding the foundations within movement, training philosophy, nutrition, managing mindset/lifestyle factors.

 

Ideal for clients who are new to training and need more time and support on their journey. Recommended for the initial sign-up phase.

This service gives you the most amount of contact time with me at 3 hours each week, 12 hours each month for 6 months.

The Middle Package

Duration: 8 hours a month for 6 months - The most popular package. 

 

The Middle Package is a 1-2-1 coaching service for everyone and for any goals that you might have, to lose weight, get fit for an occasion or simply toned up and I am here to push you through and to support you during your training to become healthier and confident. You will gain a deep understanding of the different protocols required when developing your overall lifestyle. These will include understanding the foundations within movement, training philosophy, nutrition, managing mindset/lifestyle factors.

 

This service is the one that gives our clients the middle ground with the amount of contact time with me at 2 hours each week, 8 hours each month.

This is the most popular package.

 

You have a high level of accountability whilst also giving you ownership of your programme outside of our 1-2-1’s.

The Flexi Package

All about autonomy and consistency -  360 approach to training

For individuals who need attention with their technique and who may want to be challenged with programming and intensity.

 

This is a 1-2-1 coaching service for everyone and for any goals that you might have, to lose weight, get fit for an occasion or simply toned up and I am here to push you through and to support you during your training to become healthier and confident.

You will gain a deep understanding of the different protocols required when developing your overall lifestyle. These will include understanding the foundations within movement, training philosophy, nutrition, managing mindset/lifestyle factors. 

 

Clients who want a 360 approach to their training should opt for this option because of the flexibility it gives them outside of the gym to work on the other vital areas. I have built-in a large amount of autonomy and consistency, where the client already has a lot of confidence within their training. 

 

This is an advanced level of service as we have fewer contact hours and should be discussed with your coach before opting in. It gives clients the least amount of contact time with me at 1 hour each week, 4 hours each month.

Small group sessions 2 to 10 people max for an hour long

How can it be personal training, if it’s not one-to-one?

 

Well, individual coaching gives you the tailored approach and personal attention to help you achieve results faster and in a safer way. But what if you could get the same high-quality coaching and the same focus with the added motivation of a fun class dynamic? Small-group Personal Training is the best of both worlds.

I will still know your individual goals, as well as your strengths and injuries, even in these small group training sessions, because I believe in building and maintaining relationships with my clients.

 

Small group sessions 2 to 10 people max for an hour long!

The Online Package

Duration: Flexible - Online 1-2-1 coaching sessions

 

Every month, there will be a chance for me to review the programme and have a sit down to talk over the lifestyle elements that may need addressing and set out the month's deliverables so we can give focus and clarity to what is being set out.

- Online programming via TrueCoach (app)

- 1 x Monthly check-in via zoom/in-person (30min)

- 1-2-1 session per month *

- Weekly/Monthly targets set for individual development
